Thriving Greens

Japan is full of greens. Greens everywhere thriving in the humid and rainy climates. 日本はみずみずしい。夏は蒸し暑いと言えばそうだけどこの湿気が植物をこれだけ生き生きさせているんだなぁ、と妙になっとく。雨の日、道のすみにひっそりと生きている緑の植物に魅せられる。

My Temptations

One thing I love about being in Japan is there're a lot of resources on designing and sewing. FIrst thing I do is to walk into book stores and end up buying at least few books......日本に来て先ず最初にする事は本屋に入って時間をつぶす事。好きな小説家の文庫本を探したり手芸や裁縫の本を見ているのは結構楽しい。日本の手芸の本はかなり充実されているのでつい２、３冊は買ってしまう。

Maine Garden

After 4 years......

It's been a while since I last blogged(4 years)........lot have changed since. Now my life is 70% in Japan and 30% in Maine. I miss Maine when I'm in Japan and I miss Japan when I'm in Maine. Hectic, yes but I have to say I have the best of two worlds. Starting to enjoy both. 最後にブログをしてから随分時間が経つ。。あれから色々あって今は７０％日本に住み残りはアメリカ.メイン州で生活している。日本にいる間はメインが恋しくなりメインにいる間は日本が恋しい。大変と言えばそうだけどまた楽しくもある。今はそれが自分に与えられた人生なのだな、と素直に受け止めている今日この頃。
